Returns & Refunds policy

We do accept returns. There will be a 20% restocking fee and the remainder balance of the return will be given as a store credit. You will have 14 days to return your item. Please send a copy of receipt along with the reason your returning it. It must be smoke free or no pet odor, stained, or never worn.

If your item is tore or defective you will get a full refund as a store credit. You must take a picture of the defective item and email or text it to us. Without a picture you will not receive credit.

You can not return it if you don't like the color. The colors sometimes look different in person verses on the computer.

Once the order is placed there will be no cancelling the order.

You will be responsible for the cost of shipping. We suggest that you pay for insurance for tracking purposes. We are not held responsible for lost or stole packages. Once the carrier picks it up it's out of our hands.

Once we accept your return you will be notified by email.

It may take up to 7 days to approve your return.

Conditions for returns:

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The goods were purchased in the last 14 days

  • Provide receipt.

  • Provide reason for return

The following goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

  • The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example goods which deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

  • The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

  • The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

  • Items must be smoke free, pet free, and no tears unless it is a defective item

  • For defective items you will have 24 hours to notify us.

  • Customized T-Shirts, and customized tumblers.

  • There will be a store credit if it is a mistake made by myself

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund(store credit) without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Once the returned product is received, a store credit will be added to your account.
