Please include packing slip with ALL returns! All approved returns are refunded back as a store credit. No exceptions, unless its our mistake or a defect.
Damaged and missing items should be reported within 24 hours from date of receipt.
The customer is responsible for the shipping of returned items. Please keep your tracking number to help provide an estimate of when your credit will be processed.
Once return is received, please allow 24 hours for an approval of your return. Approved returns will be processed within 3-5 business days. You will receive a refund notification.
Items eligible for return are unknown, unwashed items with tags still attached and customers are limited to returning one item per week. You will receive a store credit only.
Returns are subject to review. We are not able to accept items that have been worn or washed, are missing tags (if applicable), have any detectible odor or have pet hair. Bralettes, makeup, bath & Body items, custum made items, and anything under $20 are NOT returnable, they are final sale. Clearance or Sale items are not returnable.
If your return is not approved and you would like the item returned to you, you are responsible for shipping. If arrangements are not made after 14 days, the items will go to a non- profit charity.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they leave our hands, but if you are missing a package let us know so we can help you find it before you file a claim. We are not responisible for lost items. This is why we request you to purchase insurance. You will need to let us know that you want to purchase this.
